2008 Pinewood Derby

Cole's first Pinewood Derby as a Tiger Cub.

He named his car Buckeye Bug!







His car went about 102 MPH. Not quite the fastest, but it sure did look good racing down the track!



Brady's car was named very appropriatly- American Flag







Brady's car wasn't the fastest either, although at 104 MPH-the red and white strips blended together!



Brady has retired his Pinewood Derby cars (the two on trophies). Cole's Buckeye Bug might be available for racing next year after a few adjustments.

Alyssa's 3rd Birthday

In the mind of a three year old, EVERYTHING is about being Tinker Bell or any kind of princess!! What a wonderful life!

Christmas with the Jackson's

Brady,Cole and Alyssa enjoyed Christmas this year. Santa must really be a nice guy to bring them so many great gifts regardless of their behavior throughout the year.

Believed to be the largest mass candle lighting on the globe, the Worldwide Candle Lighting creates a virtual 24-hour wave of light as it moves from time zone to time zone. Hundreds of formal candle lighting events are held and thousands of informal candle lightings are conducted in homes as families gather in quiet remembrance of special children to always be remembered.

The Worldwide Candle Lighting started in the United States in 1997 as a small Internet observance but, as it has been embraced by the bereavement community, has swelled in numbers as word has spread throughout the world of the remembrance. Alyssa's "Fairy" God Mother visits from Guatemala

Camench, Alyssa's "Fairy" God Mother hasn't seen Alyssa since her baptism, which was three years ago. Alyssa was sure to wear her Cinderella dress. The reuinion was too sweet!





Alyssa put special care into picking out the PERFECT gift for her "Fairy" God Mother. A roll of chocolate chip cookie dough, a can of Dora Spaghetti O's and no God Mother could go without a can of carrots!!!







No princess could go without a new pair of slippers!
