Stay tuned for additional updates! It's been awhile!

In Memory Of Otis

Otis Tripotis Frito Lay Jackson
May 9, 1994 - May 22, 2007

Otis went to Doggy Heaven on Tuesday, May 22nd! He lived a happy and long 13 years! He tore his ACL in his back right knee in late February. His knee was getting better and he was getting around great! The last three months he wasn't tied up any longer, he played with the neighbor dogs, visited with the neighbor kids and even lost 10 pounds. He was the happiest and friendliest he had ever been! On Monday evening while he was out visiting with his friends, the left knee gave out. His right knee hadn't healed well enough to support his weight. The poor guy wasn't able to walk. He enjoyed a toast and bacon breakfast and later a McDonald's cheesburger and a small fry on his way to the vet. I really wished he would of savored the cheesburger, but I don't even think he chewed it! He was an old, stinky, lumpy, crusty dog in his last few months, but he was the Jackon's family dog. Otis will be missed by all of us! :(

Alyssa is in love!

Alyssa has fallen in love with Dominic! On her birthday they shared their first kiss! As their relationship progresses they continue to have many romantic moments!

Dominic is definitely Alyssa's Valentine this year!

Brady's Pinewood Derby

Brady's car did much better this year in the annual Boyscout's Pinewood Derby. His car raced in four heats, out of the four heats his car came in first three times and second once. We are very proud of him and his accomplishments he has made in the past two years in boyscouts. He really enjoys the activities the boyscouts have to offer.

Playing in the snow!

Alyssa is finally old enough to go outside and play with the big kids.
She was a little nervous at first, but it didn't take long for her to get in a sled and enjoy the excitement of the snow!
Otis was able to play too!!

Christmas Eve

Brian cutting the annual Christmas Eve ham at his parent's house.

Alyssa and Cole enjoying each other's company while we watch Christmas Story.
Still watching Christmas Story.....
Brady is looking rather handsome here!
Trying to get a good picture of the three of them is really difficult.
The boys sprinkled magic reindeer food outside before they went to bed for the night.

FELIZ NAVIDAD

Merry Christmas!
Santa came and left rather early Christmas morning...in enough time for the boys to be up at 3:00am...Brian and I couldn't hold them back any longer.....at 4:30am we let them see what Santa had brought.

Alyssa was very excited about Christmas this year. She didn't understand why we woke up so early though...she looks like she is still asleep...nice hair! However, once she noticed what was in store for her, she was very excited!

Cole and Alyssa couldn't WAIT to dig in....what great CHEESE smiles!

Alyssa received a big girl bike!!

Brady was exhausted at 8am! He found time to catch a little nap before we headed out for the days events. That's what he gets for waking up so early!!!Here the kids are at Meme and Pampy's house (Brian's parents). We really need to work on the CHEESY smiles!

Brady and Mommy getting in a little cuddle time while we wait on the cousins to arrive to open more gifts! We sure must have been good this year!

The cousins have arrived! Scoot over and give me a gift!

Round three of the day was spent at Aunt Liza's (Angie's sister) house! More cousin bonding while the kids eat Uncle David's delicious meat he cooked for us! What kind of drink does Alyssa have? Nice....real nice!! More gift sharing.......
More cousin bonding ...

At the end of the day we were exhausted. The next mornig allowed for brain frying while playing PS3 over and over again. I think Brian and Brady have had enough of the video games for awhile....they can't even keep their eyes opened right!

Christmas at Mima's and George's (Angie's parents) house hasn't even happened yet. They decided to celebrate Christmas on a cruz ship. We will celebrate Christmas with them sometime in January! We sure did miss them this year!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year 2007
The Jackson family rang in the new year with some neighbor friends at a local Embassy Suites Hotel. They had a family night which included a lot of different activities throughout the night for the kids.

The boys getting ready for the night's events!

Brian brought a crock pot of sauerkraut and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy. Although, Brian was the only one who could stand the
smell of the prosperous meal.

Alyssa enjoyed the dancing room with a dj, lights, smoke.....

Look at those dance moves!! What is she doing with her shoulders???

The boys were not interested in dancing with Alyssa at all!
Jeez....Brady it's just your little sister.....

Enough of the dancing...Alyssa enjoys the popcorn and pizza! Hanging with our friends!!

The boys attempted to play a dice game left, right, center dice with candy..
until Alyssa interrupted!

The boys getting ready for the countdown and toast to a new year!Even Alyssa stayed up until midnight and enjoyed a sparkeling juice toast!
Alyssa's picture below pretty much describes how we felt the next day!We wish everyone a HAPPY and HEALTHY 2007!

Camping again!

Brady camped this past weekend with older boy scouts. They camped in a heated cabin this time. It was really cold! I hung out with the boys on Saturday. About two hours into it, I was done....waaaaaayyyyy to cold!

Getting ready for Christmas!

We are getting ready for Santa.
Alyssa has really enjoyed all the decor this year......

....she even wants to smell and at times taste the ornaments!!
The boys haven't been real nice to each other...more naughty lately.

The kids had to take a break from the decorating with a fresh cold bottle of coke!

Brian was busy adjusting lights, anchoring Santa and hanging wreaths last weekend while it was warm. A few wreaths have fallen but he gets out there and fixes them right away. If the house isn't lit up, how will Santa find us?????
