Mesa Vista Lodge

Mom and George splurged on a weekend get-a-away for all of us (the Jacksons, Magees and Cormanicks) a few weekends ago. We had a great time and are looking forward to next winter!!

Enjoying each other's company around the huge kitchen table while eating Mom's delicious white chile with tortilla chips!

I must have said something to annoy mom!

What is Brady drinking???? Hopefully it is root beer!!

Mom and George surprised all of us with a few gifts (like the weekend wasn't enough). All of us girls received white robes and head wraps. We thought we should have a few 'spa' like moments!

After gifts and dinner we continued to enjoy each other's silly stories and SEVERAL beverages! :)

Liza enjoyed so many drinks she did her best impression of Flavor Flave (although she is wearing a digital clock she stole off the wall instead of an analog clock). I think it's time we all take off the head wraps...and possibly put down the drinks for the night....

Alyssa persuaded Katy into getting her swimsuit on to join her in the indoor hot tub.

The kids enjoyed the outdoor hot tub before the adults. They enjoyed it day and night. They played an interesting game of 'I dare you to run around the yard'.....keep in mind that in the hot tub it was 100 degrees and outside.....35 degrees...quite the temperature change. Crazy kids!

Tyler trying to fix his hair before the picture...too late Ty...picture already taken!

It didn't take long before we kicked them out and sent them to bed so we could enjoy the HOT tub during a COLD winter night.

A trip to the Hocking Hills wouldn't be complete without a HIKE in the hills!

We had plenty of time to enjoy each other's company!

Tyler playing Guitar Hero!

Liza preparing dinner..chicken enchiladas with margaritas (of course!)

Alyssa trying to lick her feet...or blow on her toe nails after Mima painted them....hard to tell...

Uncle David teaching Alyssa to do some silly trick with popcorn on his shoulder and then picking it up with his tongue.

Campfire fun!

George eating his first smore....we still don't believe he has never had a smore before...maybe it's his first BUCKEYE smore!!

THANKS Mom and George. We all had GREAT time!!
